Remodeling Process

1.
The homeowner contacts the company and schedules an in-home meeting. During the visit, a representative assesses the space, discusses the homeowner’s vision and budget, and takes measurements.

2.
The company develops a draft design based on the consultation and provides a detailed proposal, including materials, costs, and timeline. The homeowner selects materials and can request revisions as needed.

3.
The final design and budget are agreed upon, and a contract is signed. An initial deposit is made to kick off the project. The homeowner may choose to work with a kitchen designer to refine design elements and ensure the space meets their needs.

4.
Necessary permits are obtained, materials are ordered, and the construction timeline is scheduled. The start date and preparations are communicated to the homeowner

5.
The old kitchen elements, such as cabinets, countertops, and appliances, are removed. Rough-in work like plumbing and electrical updates are completed during this phase.

6.
Cabinets, countertops, appliances, and other fixtures are installed. Finishing touches and a final inspection are conducted. The homeowner does a walkthrough, and any final adjustments are made before project completion.
